Epic Partners holds personal information relating to our service-users. We use this personal data to:

• enable us to contact you in case of an emergency or safeguarding incident
• track and analyse participation in our programmes to provide data for our own use and for our funders
• inform you of programmes that we plan to run in the future
• assess the quality of our services

This information will include your contact details, attendance information, personal characteristics such as date of birth and ethnic group and any relevant information on health or Special Educational Needs.

Epic Partners will retain your information if you continue to participate in our programmes. Your data will be destroyed at the end of the programme.

We will not pass on information about you to anyone without your consent.
